BUTTER GARLIC HERB STEAK FOIL PACKETS
For the steak lover in your life, this recipe has is a melt in your mouth beef and hearty veggies that will be sure to satisfy. This is one amazing meal that you don’t want to miss out on!
Ingredients
- 1 pound small red potatoes cut into fourths
- 2 carrots sliced
- 1 red bell pepper cubed
- 1 green bell pepper cubed
- 1/2 red onion cut into cubes
- salt and pepper
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1/2 pound top sirloin steak cut into one-inch cubes*
Garlic Herb Butter:
- 1/2 cup butter room temperature
- 1/4 cup freshly chopped parsley
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- In a medium sized bowl add the red potatoes, carrots, bell peppers, and red onion. Add salt and pepper and toss with olive oil.
- Place four 18×12-inch pieces of heavy aluminum foil on counter. Evenly place the vegetable mixture on each piece of foil. Top vegetables with steak.
- To make the garlic herb butter: In a small bowl add the butter, parsley, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt
and pepper. Divide evenly and place on top of the steak. Double fold top and ends of each piece of foil, leaving space for steam to gather. - Place packets on the grill or in the oven. Grill/bake 15 minutes or until steak is cooked through and veggies are tender. Carefully open packets and serve.

GRILLED HAWAIIAN BARBECUE CHICKEN IN FOIL
For a sweet and tangy change try this easy and delicious chicken foil pack that will leave you wanting more!
Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup bbq sauce
- 1 15-ounce can pineapple slices or fresh pineapple
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into cubes
- 2 medium zucchini, sliced
- green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- Heat grill to medium heat. Cut 4 sheets, enough to wrap the chicken and veggies, of heavy-duty foil. Place chicken on center of aluminum foil and divide the veggies and add 2-3 pineapple slices into each packet.
- In a bowl, whisk together bbq sauce, the juice from the can of pineapple slices, soy sauce, and garlic. Spread about 2 Tablespoons of the sauce on the chicken and make sure to reserve about
¼ cup. - Place chicken packets onto grill and grill for 13-15 minutes flipping at about 7 minutes. To serve carefully open packets, baste with
reserve sauce and garnish with green onions.

Ingredients
- 4 6 ounce salmon filets
- 1 bunch asparagus chopped into thirds
- 1 red pepper chopped into
1 inch pieces - 1 zucchini sliced
- 1 yellow squash sliced
- salt and pepper
Garlic Butter
- 1/2 cup butter room temperature
- 1/4 cup freshly chopped parsley
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Place four 18×12-inch pieces of heavy aluminum foil on counter. Place the salmon fillets in the center and evenly place
vegetable mixture on each piece of foil. - To make the garlic herb butter: In a small bowl add the butter, parsley, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt
and pepper. Divide evenly and place on top of the salmon. Double fold top and ends of each piece of foil, leaving space for steam to gather. - Place packets on the grill and cover. Grill or bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until salmon is cooked through and veggies are tender. Carefully open packets and serve.
