At T Off Your Health, our team is constantly expanding. We are looking for energetic individuals who are looking for a fast paced work environment to join our team. The positions we hire for include physicians assistant, nurse practitioner, medical assistant, medical scribe, billing specialist and front desk coordinator.
We are currently looking for a full time medical assistant for our Dallas location, a full time medical assistant to float between our 3 actions (Dallas, Keller and Fort Worth) and a front desk coordinator to float between locations as well. There is congruency between our locations so the learning curve between each is virtually non existent.
What We Are Looking For
Our clinics are fast paced offering a variety of experience from the medical aspect. You will see or book patients for primary care visits, testosterone therapy, allergy testing, and weight loss solutions. We have highly experienced trainers to support you in the learning process.
The perfect candidate for the position will enjoy a fast paced environment, have a professional and personable attitude, be quick to learn, treat patients with the utmost care and consideration, pay attention to detail and be very team orientated.
The experience we require for our medical assistant positions is as follows.
Medical assistants working at T Off Men’s Health must have the knowledge of:
Electronic health records
Medical grammar, spelling, and punctuation
Healthcare field and medical specialty
Phlebotomy, injections, specimen handling
OSHA and HIPAA compliance laws
Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette
Ability to maintain effective and organized systems to ensure timely patient flow
Ability to perform phlebotomy, handle specimens, and administer injections
Work efficiently when entering patient information into EHR
Work diligently as a team member with other medical assistants and providers.
Maintain an organized and safe workspace.
Medical Assistant certification from accredited program required.
Bachelor’s degree in relation to the health field.
The experience we require for our front desk coordinator positions is as follows.
Welcoming patients and visitors by greeting them immediately with a smile, or by telephone within the first 3 rings and not immediately placing them on hold. Make them feel important. Follow up on all new patient inquiries within 24 hours and oversee the new patient experience; make a positive first impression with patients both by phone and in person. Schedule all appointments and continue to follow up on potential patients until an appointment is set.
Be sure new patient has address and appointment instructions. Send all patient appointment reminders both the day before and the morning of the appointment.
Verify patient’s benefits and be sure the patient is prepared for cost
Handle and/or direct patient questions and complaints; know when to escalate and forward to operations team. If a patient/potential patient requires a callback, make it a priority and return all calls/questions by the end of the business day (including pre-verifying ins benefits)
Maintain New Patient Log and call log to provide information on how the patient was referred to the center as well as keep track of patients that are treatable (TRT) and not treatable (NT).
Represent T Off at events to help educate the local market about the services we provide.
Scheduling follow-up appointments and call patients to reschedule missed appointments the same day of missed appointments.
Pull No Show/Canceled patient report once/week and call patients to promote patient retention
Follow up on discontinued patients and offering new services to promote company growth
Collect source of payment at the date of service, manage batch, follow up on possible missed collections, and update patient current credits/deductibles/HRA account info

Maintain a professional demeanor, appearance (makeup on, hair fixed, non-wrinkled clothing)
Team oriented behavior
Must have mutual respect for management and team members
Must be punctual, dependable, goal oriented, and able to receive constructive advice.
